Deer Jerkey
From:Doris Chandler
  • take clean cut deer

    • place in 2 cups warm water
    • 4 teaspoons of garlic salt
    • 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
    • 4 teaspoons red cayenne pepper
    • 2 teaspoons blackpepper
    • 4 teaspoons of salt
    1. mix well
    2. place in cool place over night
    3. pat dry in morning
    4. place in dehydrator until jerkey is done
