Deer BBQ Gravy
From:Jamie Graves
  • 1 lb. small deer steaks
  • 1 jar favorite Bar-B-Que sauce
  • 1/8 cup Worchester sauce
  • 1/8 cup Soy sauce
  • A little water
  • 2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  1. Take small deer (or any steak) and brown in a frying pan.
  2. After it is slightly brown on each side add one jar of Bar-B-Que sauce, approximately 1/8 cup of worchester sauce, 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke, a little water and a 1/8 cup of soy sauce.
  3. Stir Well
  4. Cover and let simmer (the longer it simmers the better)
  5. Make some french frys and take sauce and pour over them.

    COMMENTS: This is something that my brother-in-law came up with and it is great!
