Venison Moussaka
From: Jeanette Ameigh
  • 1 1/2lbs. ground venison
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2C. cooked green beans
  • 1 1/2C. cottage cheese
  • 1(8oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2T. ripe olive juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • sliced,ripe olives
  1. Place green beans in buttered casserole.
  2. Brown meat in skillet & drain off excess fat.
  3. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt & cinnamon.
  4. Spread over beans.
  5. Combine eggs, cottage cheese & olive juice and spread over meat mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with olive slices.

    Serves 6
