Stauffer Chili
  • Kidney Beans 24oz
  • 1lb ground pork
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 tblsp chili powder
  • 2 tblsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tblsp garlic salt or powder
  • 1 bell pepper ( diced small)
  • Diced green chilies 6 oz
  • Tomato sauce 24oz
  • Water 4oz
  • Olive Oil 1/2 oz
START COOKIN

  1. Place olive oil in frying pan.
  2. Cook onions and bell pepper until they are soft.
  3. Add ground pork, crushed red pepper & diced green chilies.
  4. Cook until the meat is done.
  5. Place all ingredients in the frying pan into a large pot.
  6. Add tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, chili powder and garlic salt.
  7. Cook or Simmer for 30 min to an hour.
