Tony’s Choice Sum Dum Gui
(Some Dumb Guy)
Cut chicken breasts into 1” cubes. As many as you want to eat.
Marinate the pieces in the following:
  • Soy sauce 2 of these
  • Sherry 1 of these
  • Corn starch 1 of these

Prepare some more of the above (about a half or a full cup, depends on how much chicken you cut up) consisting of the following:
  • Soy sauce 1 of these
  • Sherry 1 of these
  • Corn starch 1 of these
  • Sesame Oil ½ of these
  • Brown Sugar ½ of these
  • Worcestershire 1 of these
  • Water 1 of these
  1. Heat a wok until it is hot or use some other pan if you ain’t got a wok.
  2. Add peanut oil about three spoonfuls should do it.
  3. Put in some crushed dry red peppers and some garlic.
  4. Then cook the chicken in that wok and when it is cooked through, throw in the second batch of marinade that you made.
  5. Let it cook for several minutes and then dump it into a bowl.
  6. Put some chopped green onions over this to make it look pretty.

  7. Serve it over rice.
  8. It will serve as many as the amount you made divided by the people you are feeding.
