Mix above ingredients together and pat in a
13x9 pan (bottom & sides).
Bake at 350° until golden brown.
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
Mix together and spread on crust when it cools.
1 large package chocolate instant pudding
1 regular package vanilla instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
Mix together and beat until thick.
Pour on top of
second layer.
Top with Cool Whip if desired
Chill at least 1 hour.
