• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup margarine, melted
• 2 cups finely chopped nuts

1. Mix above ingredients together and pat in a 13x9 pan (bottom & sides).
2. Bake at 350° until golden brown.

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup Cool Whip

1. Mix together and spread on crust when it cools.

• 1 large package chocolate instant pudding
• 1 regular package vanilla instant pudding
• 3 cups cold milk

1. Mix together and beat until thick.
2. Pour on top of second layer.
3. Top with Cool Whip if desired
4. Chill at least 1 hour.
