Place 1 tablespoon butter in 2 or 3 qt. saucepan
on medium heat; add wings; stir while shaking the Louisiana Hot Sauce on wings until wings are coated.
Turn heat to low & cover for 10 minutes.
Pour wings and any remaining sauce from sauce pan on a cookie sheet with sides.
Pre-heat oven to 265°, place wings in oven for a few minutes.
The sauce will dry to the wings.
Wings will not be saucy.
