Swiftney’s Crunchy Cole Slaw
  • 1 Package of Mann’s Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Packages Crushed Raman Noodles, do NOT use flavored varieties
  1. Toast Almonds and Crushed Raman Noodles at 250 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and cool to room temperature.
Dressing:
  • 6 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar (8 Tablespoons = ½ Cup)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients except the toasted noodles and almonds and add the dressing.
  2. Toss in the almonds and Raman noodles just before serving.
