Dorito Dip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 small jar chipped beef (well rinsed to remove excess salt) , chopped
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put in loaf size glass baking pan.
  • Bake at 250° for 35 minutes.
  • Serve at room temperature with Nacho Cheese Doritos
