Rhubarb Strawberry Pie

  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 9-in. double pie crust
  • 2 C. raw rhubarb, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  1. Toss strawberries and rhubarb lightly with sugar and flour.
  2. Pour into pie shell and cover with top crust.
  3. Prick crust to allow steam to escape.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Bake 50 minutes.
