Sweet Potato Casserole
From: Jeannine
  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (boiled or baked)
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon extract (again her spelling for lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 cup Oleo
    Mix well, spread in lightly greased pan, bake at 350 approximately 30 minutes
