• 2 1/4 c Cheese; cheddar, shredded
• 2 1/2 c Milk
• 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
• 1/4 ts Sauce; red pepper
• 1 c Macaroni; uncooked
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 ts -Salt
• 1/4 c Cheese; cheddar, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2".
2. Mix two cups cheddar cheese and macaroni, sprinkle in plate.
3. Beat remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup cheese till smooth 15 seconds in blender.
4. Pour into plate.
5. Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
7. Bake till cheese melts, 1-2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
