2 pounds shrimp, lobster, or crab meat or combination
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Cook rice but not done.
Fry onions and celery
Cut up sausages and mix with onions and celery. Saute sausage if using fresh.
Use a caserole dish and layer the ingredients.
a. layer of rice
b. celery and sausage mix
c. layer of crab or mixed seafood
Repeat layering process until all layers are complete.
Mix can soups with water. (1 can soup, 1 can water.)
Pour over mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
