  • 1-pkg. of colby cheese
  • a small amount of onion
  • real mayonnaise
  1. Put colby cheese through slaw blades, to grate
  2. run the onion through the slaw blades, catching only the juice from the onion
  3. mix
  4. mix in enough mayonnaise, to make it easy to spread on crackers
COMMENTS: this is so simple and it makes a good snack with crackers for children out on a outing We take it with us when we go out boating
