Ham Loaf with Glaze
From: Linda Hinkle
  • 1lb. fresh ground pork
  • 1lb. cured ground ham
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. green peppers

GLAZE

  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  1. Mix the above ingredients together
  2. top with the glaze.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
