Barbecued Meatballs
From:Paul
  • 3 lb Hamburger
  • 12 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 1 c Oatmeal
  • 1 c Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 ts Garlic Powder
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 2 ts Chili Powder

    Sauce

  • 2 c Catsup
  • 2 c Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 ts Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 c Chopped Onion
  1. Combine all, mixture will be soft, shape, freeze until solid,
  2. make sauce and place frozen meatballs into a 13" x 9" pan,
  3. pour sauce over all and bake at 350 for 1 hour
Yield: 80 meatballs
