Southern Fried Baked Steak

  • Round Steak
  • 2 Eggs
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Can beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  1. Cut the round steak into serving sized pieces.
  2. Place in flour, egg and again into the flour.
  3. Fry in oil till brown on both sides.
  4. Drain.
  5. Take a 9x13 pan and place the sliced onions on bottom.
  6. Place steak on top and add the beef broth.
  7. Place aluminum foil over top and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
  8. uncover and bake another 30 minutes.

Comes out so tender it melts in your mouth.
