2 Medium zucchini's
1 Large onion
4 carrots
1 (16 oz.) carton sourcream
1 box chicken flavored stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
Chop zucchini, carrots and onion.
Boil in about 2 quarts of water
Drain well.
Melt butter and mix with stuffing mixture
Put half of mixture in a bottom of an ungreased baking dish.
Pour cooked zucchini, carrots and onion over the stuffing.
In a bowl mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup together.
Pour on top of vegetables.
Prinkle the remaining stuffing mixture over the top then put in over for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
