Vegetable Soup

  • 3/4-1 pound beef cubes (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced onion (approximately)
  • 2lb bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (cheap - do NOT use name brand)
  • water
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Put the beef cubes, onion, and vegetables in a crock pot.
  2. Pour the spaghetti sauce on top.
  3. Add enough water to come to about two inches below the top of the crock pot.
  4. Cook about 8 hours on low.
  5. Turn heat up to high.
  6. Add the macaroni.
  7. Cook until macaroni is done.
