- 1 c. Parkay margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- scant 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- sesame seed
- Kraft strawberry preserves
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Blend in extract and salt.
- Add flour; mix well.
- Shape tablespoons of dough into balls.
- Roll into sesame seed and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten slightly.
- Indent center of each and fill with preserves.
- Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
