- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. cornflakes
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Cream butter; add sugar, egg and vanilla.
- Sift in dry ingredients.
- Add cornflakes, oats, coconut and nuts.
- Roll into small balls an place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Makes 3 dozen.
