White Christmas Cookies




  1. 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
  2. 1 tsp. baking soda
  3. 1 tsp. salt
  4. 1 c. unsalted butter, softened
  5. 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  6. 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  7. 3 eggs
  8. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  9. 12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  10. 3/4 c. coarsely chopped, salted Macadamia nuts
  11. 1 1/4 c. golden raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
  3. In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. In large mixer bowl, cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Beat in
  7. vanilla.
  8. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients.
  9. Stir in chocolate, nuts and raisins.
  10. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
  11. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until pale golden.
  12. Cool on wire racks.
  13. Makes 6 dozen cookies
