- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 c. coarsely chopped, salted Macadamia nuts
- 1 1/4 c. golden raisins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
- In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- In large mixer bowl, cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in
- vanilla.
- Gradually beat in the dry ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate, nuts and raisins.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes until pale golden.
- Cool on wire racks.
- Makes 6 dozen cookies
