- 2 cups Roasted Honey Nut Skippy® Creamy or Super Chunk® Peanut Butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup Karo® Light or Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- Colored sprinkles (optional)
- In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
- Mix until smooth.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheets.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over balls; roll in colored sprinkles if desired.
- Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
