Shortbread




  1. Cream butter and sugar in medium bowl.
  2. Beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add four and cornstarch gradually while beating continuously.
  4. Beat until light.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in 375 degree F. oven for 11/2 dozen cookies
