Chocolate Coca Cola Cake
  • 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine (not spread)
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup coca cola
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  1. Combine flour and sugar in bowl
  2. Heat margarine, cocoa and coca cola to boiling in sauce pan
  3. Pour over flour mixture and add remaining ingredients
  4. Mix well and pour into a prepared 9 x 13" pan
  5. Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes

ICING

  • 1 stick margarine (not spread)
  • 3 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 Tablespoons coca cola
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Bring margarine, cocoa and coca cola to boil
  2. Pour over sugar - mix well and add vanilla
  3. Pour over cake
