Freezing Okra with Corn Meal using Oven
  1. Wash and slice okra.
  2. Roll in cornmeal.
  3. Place on ungreased baking sheet and let dry out in 350 degree oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Spread out on towel until cool, then bag and freeze.
