Pickled Beets
Cook beats until tender then skin.

Mix:

  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • sweeten to taste
  1. Bring to boil.
  2. Add sliced beets and bring back to boil.
  3. Fill sterile jars and seal air tight.
