This is my own recipe that I had to put together. I went through all the canning books & recipes on the web but no one had it listed. This is a very popular product that people just love in Canada. My kids love to eat them just like a pickle& I use them as a garnish when I have company, also for putting in a caesar drink instead of celery. The pubs use it all the time.
If purchasing this in a store we usually pay $9.00 - $10.00 a jar. Like I said it took me a couple of days to get the recipe just right and I hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.
