put all vegetables through food processor,

DISCARD the liquid from vegetables
heat the spices, vinegar and
sugar in large pan
heat to boiling
ADD vegetables simmer for 10 min.
ladle into hot sterilized jars
place in hot water bath when it begins to boil time it for 10 min.
remove from bath
Makes 8 pints
