Boxer Brownies
  • 1-1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1 lb liver
  • 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Add ingredients to blender or food processor in order listed and puree for 4 minutes.
  3. Place into greased pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut into squares.
