Creamed Eggs
  • 5 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 cups medium white sauce
  • 5 slices hot buttered toast
  1. Shell eggs and slice or dice, the fold them carefully into the hot white sauce so as not to break up eggs too much.
  2. Pour over toast and serve at once.

    5 servings.
