Tips for Making Bread From: Fletch
- Let all ingredients come to room temp, before mixing
- Always use bread flour - not regular flour, it'll rise better
because of the type of wheat used in milling.
- Use butter or shortning - not margarine (who knows what any
given margarine is made from).
- Never omit the salt, it acts with the yeast and sugar.
- For some reason Red Star yeast works better than others.
