Place flour, pepper, and salt in a bag, shake the chicken in it.
The brown in oil.
Place the broccoli in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole, or baking dish, and top with the browned chicken.
In a small sauce pan warm the bourbon, pour this over the chicken and broccoli.
Add the onions, and sliced mushrooms.
In a small bowl mix the sour cream and milk, pour over the entire dish.
Baked, covered.
Note: This is good served with rice.
