Bourbon Recipes



Bourbon Roasted Turkey
  • 10 lbs. Turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • parsley flakes
  • paprika
  • poultry seasons
  • 1 cup bourbon
  1. In a medium bowl mix the crumbs, onions, walnuts, poultry seasoning, and bourbon.
  2. Stuff the turkey with this mixture.
  3. Rub the turkey all over with the olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the parsley flakes and paprika, generously over all the trukey.
  5. Skewer, and let turn on a rotisserie until done.
  6. Approximately 2 1/2 hours.
