I've gathered recipes for years and years. I don't have a very organized system, but it's all I've got. I call it the "clip it and cram it in a cookbook" method of recipe collection. It's not pretty, but it sure is an adventure. During one of my recent treks through the ole archives, I came across something a bit odd. With this type of "system" every recipe has to be handled and read. This is when I came across that odd thing I was talking about. RHUBARB recipes! Rhubarb isn't exactly something I think about often or even get a hankerin for all that much. I mean, it can be quite tasty but let's face it: CHOCOLATE it isn't. This is when the question formed in my mind:

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH RHUBARB????
So, I'm dusting off the recipes and am going to share them with one and all. So grab your 'barb, put on your apron, roll up those sleeves and let the baking begin!
