Rhubarb Preserves
  • 5 cups rhubarb, cut up
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 ounce box of strawberry jello
  1. Place rhubarb in bowl with sugar overnight
  2. Put in large kettle and let boil 10 minutes
  3. Skim
  4. Mix jello with rhubarb
  5. Remove from heat and stir well
  6. Put in jars and seal
