Amish Rhubarb Jam
  • 5 cups rhubarb, diced
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 6 ounces Strawberrry Jell-O gelatin

  1. Mix rhubarb and sugar together and let stand overnight.
  2. In morning, cook mixture until rhubarb is soft .
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O until it is dissolved.
  4. Put in jars and seals

Makes about 6 pints
