Rhubarb Punch

  • 5c. diced rhubarb
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1/2c. sugar
  • 6oz. can of frozen orange juice, concentrate
  • 6oz. can frozen lemonade,concentrate
  • cheese cloth
  1. Simmer rhubarb in water until soft and mushy.
  2. Strain through cheese cloth.
  3. Add sugar,orange juice, and lemonade to srtained liquid.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Chill and serve over ice cubes.

This beverage has a bit of a snap to it. I personally use Schawns or Minute Maid juices.
