Cut rhubarb into small pieces and mix well with sugar and marshmallows
Place in baking pan
BATTER:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar
Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar
Add egg yolks - cream again
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together
Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with milk
Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar as if for meringue
Fold egg white mixture gently into batter and pour over rhubarb
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
