TACO SPREAD
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
  • 2 to 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 c. chopped lettuce
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • taco sauce
  1. Blend softened cream cheese and cottage cheese.
  2. Spread in a shallow pan or dish.
  3. Sprinkle with dry taco mix.
  4. Layer with lettuce, onions and cheese.
  5. Top with taco sauce.

    Serve with chips.

    (I also add tomatoes and ground beef seasoned with other 1/2 of taco mix.)
