2 Tb of fresh minsed garlic ( you can buy this in a jar)
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese the kind in a can will do
1 pack of filo dough
1 egg
Brown sauage in skillet with garlic once brown add parmesan cheese.
un-roll dough on dry surface slice strips three four finger wide . make sure when working with dough to keep it moist I usually use a tea towel
cut strip into squares three finger wide
put sausage mixture in center fold dough to make packet usually cornner to corner over lap corner as you go
brush with egg wash
spray pan with Pam spray place on cookie sheet
bake at 350 F untill golden brown
