Breeze Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 1 pack or bunch of button mushroom caps
  • 5 slices deli sliced ham
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 2Tb of fresh minced garlic
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1Tb Butter
  • 1/4cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 shallot minced very small
  1. Clean mushrooms and and remove the stems
  2. in skillet saute the mushrooms in butter. (do not over cook)
  3. remove from skillet and set aside
  4. in same skillet lightly brown ham, garlic and and shallots untill the shallots are translucent.
  5. add bread crumbs and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese remove from the heat.
  6. fill mushrooms with mixture and sprinkle with the parmesan, cheese bake in oven untill golden brown
