in skillet saute the mushrooms in butter. (do not over cook)
remove from skillet and set aside
in same skillet lightly brown ham, garlic and and shallots untill the shallots are translucent.
add bread crumbs and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese remove from the heat.
fill mushrooms with mixture and sprinkle with the parmesan, cheese bake in oven untill golden brown
