BEER CHEESE
  • 1 pound sharp Cheddar, finely ground
  • 1 pound mild Cheddar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4-5 drops hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) can beer
  1. Combine all ingredients, except beer, and beat with electric mixer.
  2. Pour in beer slowly and beat until cheese is very smooth.
  3. Store in covered jar.
  4. Remove from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Beat once more

    Serves 12-16
