1 can (4 3/4 oz.) chicken
spread or 1/2 c. finely
chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad
dressing
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
pimiento stuffed olives
Mix all ingredients except olives;
cover and chill.
Guests spread chicken mixture on snacks and top with olive
slice to make canapés.
