ITALIAN CRESCENTS 'N SAUSAGE SNACKS
  • 8 oz. can Pillsbury
  • refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 8 Brown 'N Serve sausage links
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  3. Brush each with margarine.
  4. Combine cheese and oregano; sprinkle over dough.
  5. Cut each rectangle crosswise to form 2 squares.
  6. Place a sausage link on each square; roll up.
  7. Cut each roll into 3 or 4 pieces; secure each with toothpick.
  8. Place cut side-down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Makes 2 dozen snacks.

    Tip: To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours; bake as directed.
