• 1 medium onion (chopped fine)
• 1 cup celery (chopped fine)
• 1/4 cup melted margarine
• 4 cups cornbread crumbs
• 2 cups biscuit crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 cups warm chicken or turkey broth
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender
2. Combine all ingredients
3. Stuff bird with dressing or spoon into a greased 9 inch square pan
4. Bake 20-30 minutes
