4TH OF JULY POTATO SALAD
  • 2 1/2 qt. cooked potatoes
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 boiled eggs
  1. Prepare the potatoes, celery, bell pepper, cucumber and onion and then mix the remaining ingredients to them.
