Apple Cheese Ball
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. cream cheese, soften
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped dried apples
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cinnamon stick, halved
  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and cinnamon until well blended.
  2. Stir in apples.
  3. Shape mixture into a ball
  4. Roll in nuts
  5. Insert bay leaf and cinnamon stick
