Apple Cheese Ball

1 (8 oz.) Pkg. cream cheese, soften
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup finely chopped dried apples
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick, halved

In large bowl, beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and cinnamon until well blended.
Stir in apples.
Shape mixture into a ball
Roll in nuts
Insert bay leaf and cinnamon stick
