Angel Kisses
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 6oz bag chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (I used almonds)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  1. Turn oven on to 350 beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Beat in sugar.
  3. Fold in nuts and then chips, slowly.
  4. Drop by teaspoon full onto aluminum foil covered cookie sheet.
  5. Place in oven, TURN OFF HEAT. DO NOT OPEN OVEN UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING.
  6. Then take them out and enjoy.
  7. Makes about 24 kisses.
