Coconut Easter Eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. oleo or butter
  • 3 boxes confectioners sugar
  • 1 box shredded coconut

    Dip

  • 5 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 sq. bitter chocolate
    Eggs

  1. Mix well and roll into eggs; makes approximately 70 medium eggs.
  2. Set one hour before dipping.

    Make your dip:
  1. Melt in double boiler and dip immediately.
  2. Let stand after dipping to harden.
